Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and comfortable with good cupboard space, the hotel's upper floor location accessible only via stairs may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Parking can also be a hassle. On the upside, the room offers a view of the Castle, but it was quite dated and in need of refurbishment, with worn-out furniture and signs of dampness near the window.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while offering a great view of the castle, were too hot as the windows couldn't be opened, and the noise from the bar and busy roads made it hard to have quiet nights. On the bright side, the price was really good.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are small yet cozy with essential amenities but could be cleaner. The temperature control varies, with rooms being as cold as outside while the dining area is overly heated. On the flip side, the location is excellent for various activities and amenities nearby.
